Site work, rock excavation, septic, drainage, decks and custom additions. One Hill Country crew from the first cut in the limestone to the last board on the deck.
Most Hill Country projects need three or four trades before anything pretty happens: someone to break the rock, someone to set the septic, someone to fix the drainage, then someone to build. We do all of it, so nothing falls between crews.

Decks, patios, steps to the water, drainage that stops runoff from cutting the yard and additions that fit the house.
Clearing, rock excavation, the house pad, septic, culverts and the driveway, all ready for the builder.
Grading, base and turf prep for event lawns, shop pads, parking, flatwork and drainage for businesses.
A site-work and septic sub who shows up on schedule, handles the rock and leaves the lot clean.
Across much of Burnet and Llano counties, hard limestone or granite sits just under the topsoil. That's why Hill Country pads, trenches and septic fields cost more and take longer when the contractor doesn't have the right iron.
We run excavators with hydraulic breakers ourselves. We save the good stone for walls, steps and edging, so your rock becomes part of the finished job instead of a haul-off bill.

Greg Daponte Jr. grew up working hand in hand with his father, a well-known local contractor. Building is all he has ever known. At 17 he started doing construction for a living and never looked back.
Today Greg runs every Daponte Construction job himself, from the first site walk to the final walkthrough. He and his family live right here in the Hill Country.
These are typical ranges for Highland Lakes jobs. Your written proposal is fixed before work starts, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
