Additions FAQ
Do you handle the whole addition?
Yes. We do the site work and foundation prep ourselves, then frame, dry-in and finish, bringing in licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC where the code requires it.
How are additions priced?
Every addition gets a fixed written proposal after a site walk and a plan review. Size, finishes, roof tie-in and the ground under it are the big drivers.
Do you do smaller remodels and repairs?
Yes. Interior remodels, wall and ceiling updates, trim, repairs and repaints are a big part of what Greg has built since he was 17.
Do you work in Horseshoe Bay?
Yes. Horseshoe Bay requires contractors to register with the city and pull permits for structural work, and we follow that process on every job there.
